REGISTRATION IS OPEN THE 1ST THROUGH THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH
When you join a weight loss challenge, often you do it with other people. Committing to a team or even one other person to do something on a regular basis gives you a sense of accountability, and accountability is a very good thing in your get-fit, weight loss goals.
Complete 8 sessions in 30 days of yoga to learn the building blocks of yoga and basic yoga poses. We invite you to roll out your yoga mat with us and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practioners around the globe.
