Fatima Bouyer, founder and chief executive officer of Bouyer and Associates LLC., was born December 22, 1977, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was raised in a very tight-knit family of 4 siblings. The 5 children were raised singly by their mom. Fatima values the fact that her mom taught her the importance of hard work, persistence, and the belief that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, as she is the first in her family to become an entrepreneur.
Fatima has worked in the corporate sector as an Executive Administrative Assistant for over 20 years, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management degree with a Minor in Communication Studies from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Before completing her Bachelor’s degree she completed her Associate of Applied Science degree in Legal Studies from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. She is also a commissioned Notary Public in Franklin County.
Fatima has worked for a diverse range of businesses, departments and organizations including: L Brands, National Church Residences, Bob Evans Farms corporate office, Mimi’s Café corporate office and Darden Restaurants corporate office. She has been an integral part of executive meeting planning coordination, strategic planning sessions, budget preparation/on-going budget management, and marketing initiatives. She has a wide breath of abilities including calendar management, event planning, team building, content creation, public relations and her favorite skillset: communications.
Fatima has been recognized many times for consistently exceeding performance goals and has often been referred to as an office "bad ass" who gets shit done. Her go-getter mentality, keen ability to problem solve coupled with her excellent interpersonal skills offers a great combination.
